Introducing Alpha Betas: our new program enabling pioneers to build a better future

Alpha Betas, the first initiative to launch out of our experimentation team, is an exciting new program and community for entrepreneurs and thought leaders. Qualified participants have complimentary access to Alpha — the on-demand insights platform used by more than one-third of the Fortune 100 — as well as to exclusive events, networking, and resources.

Members participating in our pre-launch phase (yes, our Alpha Betas beta) gave us actionable feedback, enabling us to develop and introduce a program that meets the needs and speed of startups and entrepreneurs. Jason Mariasis, Co-founder and CEO at Stratus Intelligence, says Alpha has enabled his team to “validate or reject our riskiest hypotheses at any given time.” And, Julio Corredor, formerly in Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Pfizer, is using Alpha as he develops Zooterra, a tech-platform to collect and protect habitats and wildlife. “The speed of getting feedback through Alpha’s platform has been key for rapid decision-making at Zooterra,” Corredor remarked, “Sometimes we’re getting response as quickly as next day.”

Bridging two worlds

In our experience powering experimentation for some of the world’s largest brands, we’ve noticed an acute interest amongst corporate innovators in how startups and entrepreneurs in particular work. To date, we’ve surfaced best practices from companies like Uber, Basecamp, and Hubspot in our industry leading podcast, This is Product Management, and in our Medium publication, Product Management Insider.

Now, we’re taking our efforts one step further. As adoption of Alpha rapidly continues throughout the corporate world, the time is ripe for us to begin directly collaborating with entrepreneurs as they innovate. We’re applying what we learn from them into new features and workflows within Alpha’s platform, as well as showcasing their insights and best practices within this publication.
